    An intentional weight loss of 20 pounds or more during adulthood in women were associated with a:

    ????????4 percent decrease in endometrial cancer,
    ????????9 percent decrease in colon cancer,
    ??????14 percent decrease for all obesity-related cancers,
    ??????19 percent decrease in breast cancer, and
    ??????11 percent decrease for any cancer.
