Hello y’all—Just wanted to share something interesting. I recently started using 7-keto (Integrative Labs brand) to boost my metabolism, having read somewhere that it works quite well.
Not sure if it’s actually affecting my metabolic rate, but one thing I’ve noticed has been a pretty significant decrease in my desire for carbs. I only realized this after taking this stuff for a week—not once had I gone to our cafeteria at work for my mid-morning muffin or afternoon power bar. As a result, I’ve easily cut about 300-500 calories a day.
Anyway, just thought I’d pass this along ... if anyone else has had the same experience, I’d be interested in hearing about it.
