ASPIRIN

People who used aspirin 1-3 times per month were 16% less likely to die over 12.5 years

People who used aspirin 1-3 times per month were 16% less likely to die during an average follow-up of 12.5 years compared to people who used no aspirin according to a study from the US National Cancer Institute looking at data on 146,152 people with an average age of 66 years.


People who used aspirin 3 or more times per week were 19% less likely to die.

80% of hypothyroid patients with hypertension normalized blood pressure with desiccated thyroid

Consumption of flaxseed was associated with an 18% lower risk of breast cancer, and consumption of flax bread was associated with a 23% lower risk of breast cancer according to a study from Cancer Care Ontario.

Is it possible that Michael Jackson was suffering from mercury toxicity from skin-lightening creams?

Is it possible that Michael Jackson was suffering from mercury toxicity when he died?

Yes, I think so.

Here’s why I say this.

He had terrible insomnia and was very thin, both of which are symptoms of mercury toxicity.

Where could the mercury have come from?

Skin-lightening creams.

The FDA limits the amount of mercury in cosmetic products to 1 ppm, however, a study of 549 skin-lightening products found that 3.3% of skin-lightening creams purchased in the US were found to contain 1000 ppm mercury.

People using a sauna 4-7 times per week had a 61% lower risk of stroke

People using a sauna 4-7 times per week had a 61% lower risk of stroke during an average follow-up of 14.9 years compared to people using a sauna once per week according to a study from Finland.

Other studies have found that people using a sauna 4-7 times per week had a 40% lower risk of dying and a 65% lower risk of Alzheimer’s.
