Obese people burn less fat than lean people, may play a role in obesity
Lean people burned the most fat, and obese people burned the least fat according to a new study. "The observed reduction in dietary fat oxidation in subjects with a higher percentage body fat may play a role in human obesity," the researchers concluded.
