Nighttime fasting causes 15 percent weight loss
Obese women lost 15 percent of body weight on average by without restricting calories during the daytime from 6 am to 5 pm, but simply by fasting at night after 5 pm according to an interesting study from researchers in the Department of Experimental Nutrition at the Institute of Nutrition in Tunisia.
