The ‘mirror method’ for weight control does not work; You must weigh yourself
A couple months ago, I was talking about weight with a two guys. One guy is in good athletic shape and said he weighed 185 pounds. The other guy said he had not weighed himself for a while, but guessed that he probably weighed about 210-215 pounds and felt that he needed to lose 10-15 pounds. I thought, "Does he really think he weighs 210 pounds? He weighs at least 250 pounds."
