EATING FAST
Women who ate ‘very fast’ weighed 11 lbs more than those eating ‘very slowly’; men 17 lbs more
People who eat fast are heavier than those who eat slow according to a study from Japan. The slower they ate, the less they weighed. The faster they ate, the more they weighed.
