A company called Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals has bought the name "Fastin" from the drug company Smith Kline Beecham Pharmaceuticals who used to sell phentermine Hcl by prescription under the name Fastin. However, phentermine is not allowed to be sold OTC, so the company changed the ingredients from phentermine to ß-methyl-phenethylamine, but are still selling it under the name of Fastin.
