What do you think about Fucoxanthin? Wait for human studies before wasting your money.
I received an email today asking,"What do you think about the weight loss supplement Fucoxanthin?" One study found that it reduced weight gain in mice, however, this is a long way from proving that it will cause weight loss in humans. The study in mice used a dose of 0.2 percent of the diet, which would be roughly 200 mg in humans. They also tested a dose of 0.1 percent of diet combined with fish oil, which would be 100 mg in humans.
