FUCOXANTHIN
What do you think about Fucoxanthin? Wait for human studies before wasting your money.
I received an email today asking,"What do you think about the weight loss supplement Fucoxanthin?" One study found that it reduced weight gain in mice, however, this is a long way from proving that it will cause weight loss in humans. The study in mice used a dose of 0.2 percent of the diet, which would be roughly 200 mg in humans. They also tested a dose of 0.1 percent of diet combined with fish oil, which would be 100 mg in humans. My advice is to wait for studies showing that it is safe and effective in humans before wasting your money.
