Lean, healthy men gained an average of 5.1 lbs in one month (28 days) when given 600 mg of Mifeprex (mifepristone), also known as RU-486, in addition to 4.0 mg daily of the antipsychotic medication Risperdal (risperidone).

This was 4.2 lbs less than the 9.3 lbs gained by those given 4 mg of Risperdal (risperidone) alone.
