RISPERDAL (RISPERIDONE) + MIFEPREX (MIFEPRISTONE)

Risperdal (risperidone) + Mifeprex (mifepristone) causes weight gain of 5.1 lbs in one month in men

Lean, healthy men gained an average of 5.1 lbs in one month (28 days) when given 600 mg of Mifeprex (mifepristone), also known as RU-486, in addition to 4.0 mg daily of the antipsychotic medication Risperdal (risperidone).

This was 4.2 lbs less than the 9.3 lbs gained by those given 4 mg of Risperdal (risperidone) alone.
