Women who restricted their calories to only 650 calories per day for two days per week lost an average of 14.1 pounds in 6 months compared a weight loss of 12.3 lbs for women who were assigned to eat a diet limited to 1500 calories per day according to a new study from the University Hospital of South Manchester in Manchester, England.
