In this two-minute video clip Boyd Haley, PhD gives data showing that polio cases increased 2-4-fold in five (5) places in the US where the polio vaccine was made compulsory by law.

He also shows that polio rates had already decreased dramatically in the Dominican Republic before the polio vaccine was instituted.

He refers to this as the polio myth.

In the attached one-minute video, Boyd Haley, PhD describes how the polio vaccine was not responsible for a decline in deaths from polio, but instead the decrease in deaths from polio (and other infectious diseases) occured because of good hygiene, good food and good housing and occurred before the polio vaccine was instituted.
