U.S. Chidren consume 20% of calories as snacks compared to 1% in China

Children in the U.S. consume roughly 20 percent of their calories as snacks compared to only 1 percent for children in China according to a new paper from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
Russian children consume about 16 percent of their calories as snacks.
