Overweight people gain the most weight over the holidays according to a study from the University of Oklahoma in Normal, Oklahoma, USA. Overweight students gained 2.2 lbs vs 0.4 lbs for normal-weight students
Overweight and obese students gained 2.2 pounds during the two week Thanksgiving holiday compared to 0.4 pounds for normal-weight students.
Subjects : 94 students
The study involved 94 college students.
