Eating more than three times per day is associated with being overweight or obese in both younger and older people according to a new study from Bastyr University in Kenmore, Washington, USA. Subjects
Subjects: 1792 younger people, 893 older people
The study looked at eating patterns and diet composition of 1,792 younger people aged 20- to 59-years-old, and 893 older people aged 60- to 90-years-old.
