    According to researchers at Centre for Obesity Research and Education at Monash University in Melbourne, Australia, a diagnosis of NIght Eating Syndrome requires that within the previous three months a person has:
    1. No appetite for breakfast.

    2. Consumes at least half of your calories after 7 PM

    3. Sleep difficulties at least 3 days a week

    Wow. Sounds like me.
