Robert Skversky, MD of Newport Beach, California noted that, "Although I have seen some initial good weight loss with Byetta, it seems to wane after several months. The recent reports of pancreatitis, I believe, makes it unacceptable in my practice for my hyperinsulinemic, insulin resistant, non-diabetic patients." His website can be found here.
