15 cases of paranoia associated with Acomplia (rimonabant)

As of January 2008 there had been 15 reports of paranoia caused by Acomplia (rimonabant) according to a report from the UK's Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency. Some, but not all, cases were in association with depression.
