According to a review of 10 studies, obesity increases the risk of Alzheimer's disease later in life by 80 percent. Risk Poorly Understood?

One researcher said that “obesity is a chronic state of inflammation.”
Anti-inflammatory drugs, such as ibuprofen, and anti-inflammatory food ingredients, such as curcumin, have been shown to reduce the risk of Alzheimer’s.
Therefore, it seems obvious to me that inflammation is the problem.
