"I have seen transformations [out of depression] faster than almost anything else we do "[ by eliminating foods that people are allergic to. ]" notes Joan Mathews Larson, PhD in this video clip.

Brain allergies / food allergies are the most common cause of depression as noted by Joan Mathews Larson, PhD who has been treating people with addiction, anxiety and depression for 30 years.

She removes all refined sugars, dairy (casein), nicotine, grains (gluten) which, most notably, include wheat, rye, and barley.

Jonathan Wright, MD and Alan Gaby, MD said the same thing in their book “The Patient’s Handbook of Natural Healing” (Page 17, column 2).

“Having treated thousands of allergic patients over the years, we are firmly convinced that working with food allergies is one of the most important components of natural medicine.

“We have seen hundreds of patients who had been sick for years and had spent thousands of dollars on ineffective medical treatments, who showed rapid and dramatic improvement with a simple change in diet.”

This was noted by Joan Mathews Larson, PhD in a speech she gave in September 2007.  For 30 years, Joan Mathews Larson, PhD has been treating addiction, anxiety and depression with natural supplements in order to correct the underlying biochemical problems which cause these conditions.  Dr. Larson is the author of “7 Weeks to Sobriety”, “Depression Free”, and “7 Weeks to Emotional Healing”.
