Arginine and nitric oxide increase the burning of fat and decrease the production of fat

"Available evidence shows that physiological levels of arginine and nitric oxide (NO) promote fat oxidation and decrease fat synthesis…" notes a new study published in the Feb 2009 issue of the Journal of Nutrition.
The amino acid L-arginine is the precursor to an important chemical in the body called nitric oxide (NO).
There is more to this story, but I will publish each point as a separate video in order to keep them short and so I can highlight each point.
