Men who engage in 30 minutes or more of high-intensity exercise per day weigh 12-15 lbs less than men who engage in none according to a study from researchers at Laval University in Quebec, Canada.
The average body mass index (BMI) for these two groups was 27.7 vs 25.8. REFERENCE
