Here is the case history of a 40-year-old woman who had been suicidal all her life who came to see Joan Mathews Larson, PhD.
She was on 5 medications including: Prozac, Lexapro, Adderal, Depakote, Estazolam (Prosom for sleep).
They found she had allergies to wheat (gluten) and dairy (caesin).
Within 6 weeks, her depression was lifting and her energy was good.
This was noted by Joan Mathews Larson, PhD in a speech she gave in September 2007.
