EATING LATER IN THE DAY is not more likely to cause weight gain than eating earlier in the day concludes a recent study.
Researchers analyzed weight gain after ten years of 2580 men and 4567 women aged 25- to 74-years-old. On average 33-34 percent of daily calories were consumed between 5 and 8 pm, and 11-13 percent of calories were consumed after 8 pm.
