A dose 15 mg of Zyprexa (olanzapine) causes an average weight gain of roughly 24 lbs after one year according to a paper by Charles B. Nemeroff, M.D., Ph.D. from Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia.
This is a rough approximation from Figure 6 on page 48 of the paper.
The dose for this group ranged from 12.5 mg to 17.5 mg, the average being 15 mg.
