Slow weight loss reduces risk of gallstones

LOSING MORE THAN 3.3 LBS PER WEEK can dramatically increase the risk of gallstones according to a new study. Losing it slowly reduces the risk of gall stones and also reduces muscle loss when combined with exercise.
