Chris Matthews tells the story of Hugo Alfredo Tale-Yax, a homeless man in New York who was stabbed while trying to help a woman who was being mugged. He laid on the sidewalk dying while people walked by and did nothing to help him.

"Love thy neighbor. You are the world you're living in," Chris says.
