Small reduction in waist benefits women

Women can reduce their risk of cardiovascular problems by trimming 2-4 inches off their waist a recent study suggests.
A majority of the women who achieved this reduced at least one risk factor by 10 percent or more.
These risk factors included:
?????? total cholesterol
?????? LDL cholesterol
?????? triglycerides, and
?????? diastolic blood pressure.
The study involved 110 caucasian women aged 18- to 68-years-old with a body mass index of at least 25.
