Disruption of our circadian rhythm increases the risk of depression and insomnia

Disruption of our natural circadian rhythm, called chronodisruption, "is also associated with an increased frequency of affective disorders such as seasonal affective disorder, major depression and insomnia" according to a recent paper by researchers at the University of Murcia in Murcia, Spain.
