Man loses 95 lbs drinking 3 glasses of water with each meal

Here is a 3-minute video of a man who lost 95 lbs, dropping from 290 lbs to 195 lbs by drinking 3 glasses of water with each meal for a total of 9 glasses of water per day.
He said he had tried every other diet, but nothing else worked.
He drinks one glass of water before the meal, a second glass with his meal, and then a third glass after the meal.
Caution: Please be aware that drinking too much water can be dangerous and even kill you, so be careful if you try this.
