I just published a book called The Case Against Statins.
It is a collection of articles that I have written about statins over the past 11 years.
It contains evidence that:
- Statins are not effective.
- Statins increase atherosclerosis.
- Statins increase the risk of heart attacks.
- Statins increase the risk of certain cancers.
- Statins increase the risk of diabetes.
- Statins increase the risk of Parkinson’s.
- Statins increase the risk of Alzheimer’s.
- Statins increase the risk of ALS.
- Statins increase the risk of cataracts.
- Statins increase the risk of kidney failure.
- Statins increase the risk of liver dysfunction.
- Statins increase erectile dysfunction.
- Statins increase muscle fatigue.
- Statins can cause muscle rupture.
- Statins have an immunosuppressive effect.
- Statins increase the risk of dying.
This book is just about statins, but the problem is not just with statins.
It is a problem with most drugs given long-term.
These drugs include:
- cholesterol drugs
- blood pressure drugs
- diabetes drugs
- anti-anxiety drugs
- sleeping pills
- bone-building drugs
- acid reflux drugs
All of these drugs cause problem!
My mother suffered from drug-induced side effects for the last 17 years of her life
One way that I know this is that I watched my mother suffer from drug-induced side effects for the last 17 years of her life (1994-2011).
My mother suffered mostly from psychiatric drugs and blood pressure drugs.
All My Mother’s Problems Due to Drugs
All of my mother’s problems over last 17 years of her life due to drugs
For 17 years, I told my parents that my mother was suffering from drug- induced side effects.
If fact, ALL of my mother’s problems over the last 17 years of her life where due to drug-induced side effects.
Yes, really, ALL of my mother’s problems were caused by drugs.
I can tell you every problem my mother had and every drug that cause this because I spent thousands of hours of research to try and help my mother (somewhere between 4,000 and 7,000 hours of research.)
Doctors Blind to This
17 out of 17 doctors were BLIND to this
But when my parents asked my mother’s doctors if a particular drug could be causing my mother’s problems EVERY doctor — 17 out of 17 doctors — said the same thing. “No, no, no, this drug cannot possibly cause this problem. Keep taking it.”
I heard this for 17 years from 17 doctors!
Every Doctor Thought Drugs Were the Answer
Every doctor told my mother that if they found the right drugs, they would fix her problems
Every doctor also told my mother, “If we just find the right drugs, the right combination of drugs or the right dose of drugs, we will fix your problem.”
Drugs Only Made My Mother Worse
Drugs only made my mother worse and worse
All these drugs did was make my mother worse and worse and worse!
But the doctors could NOT see this!
My Mother Suffered Tragically and Died Prematurely
My mother suffered tragically and died 5-10 years prematurely due to drugs
My mother suffered tragically from drug-induced side effects, and both of my parents died 5-10 years prematurely because of this.
After my parents died (2011), I was angry at the whole world for 3 years because of this.
I Learned Nine Things About Doctors
The first thing I learned is that doctors are BLIND to drug-induced side effects
I learned nine (9) things about doctors in the last 17 years of my parents’s life.
(I am writing a book about this.)
The first thing that I learned is that doctors are BLIND to drug-induced side effects.
(I think I know why this is.)
The doctors thought that they knew what they were talking about, but they did NOT!
We Have Been Lied To By the Drug Companies
We have been lied to about statins by the drug companies and researchers paid by the drug companies
Doctors (and the public) have been conned by the drug companies and the researchers paid by the drug companies into believing these drugs are wonderful, when they are NOT!
We have all been lied to.
There is lots of evidence showing this.

Dr. Underwood’s Story About Statins
Here is a quick story about statins.
Circa 2006, my father was at some event and was sitting next to a Dr. Underwood, a doctor my father had known for probably 30 or 40 years.
Dr. Underwood was in his mid-70’s.
“A couple years ago, my leg muscles kept feeling weaker and weaker so that I had to start using a walker.”
— Dr. Underwood
“It kept getting worse and worse, so that I had to use a wheelchair.”
— Dr. Underwood
“My doctor couldn’t figure out what it was, but a friend of mine suggested that it might be the statin that I was taking.”
“So I stopped taking the statin.”
— Dr. Underwood
“Eventually, I was able to get out of the wheelchair, and stop using a walker.”
— Dr. Underwood
Dr. Underwood finished by telling my father, ”If I hadn’t stopped taking the statin, I would have been dead within a few months.”
— Dr. Underwood
Same Story About Another Person
Story about a friend’s father who had the same thing happen when taking a statin
I believe the exact same thing happened to a friend’s father.
My friend’s father used to walk 4 miles a day.
Then he went on a statin, and his leg muscles started feeling weaker and weaker.
His father got the point of where he could NOT even get out of the house!
When they asked his father’s doctor what he thought the problem was, the doctor said, “Well, he’s getting old.”
Are you kidding me!
He went from walking 4 miles a day to not being able to get out the house!
Statins Doing Great Harm
Statins and many other drugs are doing great harm
I think that statins (and many other drugs) are doing great harm.
They are NOT these wonderful life-saving drugs that we have been told, but instead are doing great harm.
