80% of hypothyroid patients with hypertension normalized blood pressure with desiccated thyroid

Here is an audio clip of thyroid expert, Broda Barnes, MD, PhD (1906-1988), author of the book Hypothyroidism: The Unsuspected Illness noting that 80% of his hypothyroid patients who had elevated blood pressure, had their blood pressure come down to normal when given desiccated thyroid.

Broda Barnes, MD, PhD believed that about 40% of Americans have hypothyroidism.

Broda Barnes, MD, PhD gave doses of up to 4 grains of desiccated thyroid per day.
