Shocking timeline: Fauci said risk from Covid minuscule, 11 days later, once-in-a-century pathogen

On Feb 17, 2020 Anthony Fauci said the risk from Covid-19 was “minuscule”, then 11 days later Bill Gates said Covid-19 might be a once-in-a-century pathogen notes Del Bigtree of TheHighWire.com when talking to former Senator Dr. Scott Jensen.
On March 4, 2020 the CDC put out new guidelines saying “Covid-19 should be reported on the death certificate for all decedents where the disease caused or is assumed to have caused or contributed to death.”
The CDC posed the question, “What happens if the terms reported on the death certificate indicate uncertainty?”
The CDC said “If the death certificate reports terms such as ‘probable COVID-19’ or ‘likely COVID-19,’ these terms would be assigned to the new ICD code [indicating Covid-19 was the cause of death]. It is not likely that NCHS will follow up on these cases.”
This happened four days after Bill Gates said that Covid-19 might be a once-in-a-century pathogen.
Former Senator Dr. Scott Jensen says, “Another thing happened too. The World Health Organization came out and said that the code for [death from] COVID-19, that was laboratory confirmed, was U07.1. But if you make an assumption or say that COVID-19 was the probable cause of death, [you should use] the code U07.2. But the United States and the CDC said we are not going to use the code U07.2… That means if [the death certificate says COVID-19 was the] probable cause of death, It’s just as good as saying COVID-19 was [a laboratory] confirmed cause of death.”
