Children who consume ready-to-eat cereals weigh less

Children who eat ready-to-eat cereals most often weigh less than those who eat it less often according to study from General Mills.
The one-third of children ages 4- to 12-years-old who consumed cereal most often had a lower body mass index (BMI) than children in the lowest one-third.
