The fat content of fast food chains varies by country. The amount of fat in an order of McDonald's French Fries and Chicken McNuggets purchased from 35 different countries was found to contain anywhere from 41 to 65 grams of fat. The fat content of an order of French Fries and Hot Wings purchased from Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in 35 countries varied from 42 grams to 74 grams. Conclusion
