FDA denies Henry Ford Health’s request to give hydroxychloroquine to Covid-19 patients

The FDA denies Henry Ford Health System’s request to give hydroxychloroquine to Covid-19 patients despite the fact that their study showed that hydroxychloroquine lowered the risk of dying from Covid-19 by 51% to 66%, and hydroxychloroquine plus azithromycin lowered the risk of dying from Covid-19 by 71%.
Does the FDA prefer that people die rather than give this safe, cheap drug (hydroxychloroquine) that has been used for 65 years (since 1955) and is currently being used by roughly 400,000 Americans for Lupus and rheumatoid arthritis?
The system is corrupt.
These video clips explain why the FDA is doing this.
