Leisure time physical activity reduces risk of obesity 50% in men, 43% in women

Engaging in leisure time physical activity reduce their risk of obesity by 50 percent in men and 43 percent in women according to a study from Vara, Sweden, a rural community in the southwestern Sweden, that measured obesity rates from 1977 to 2002. Subjects
Subjects : 3365 People, 30-60 years-old
The study analyzed data from 3365 people—1634 men and 1731 women—who were 30- to 60-years-old.
