Increasing fat metabolism might extend life span without dieting

Mice that were genetically altered to store less fat, ate more, but still remained lean, and lived longer than normal mice according to research.
“The results suggest that igniting fat metabolism might extend life span without drastic dieting,” the author of the article suggests.
