The most commonly craved foods according to a small study of overweight women were chocolate (31%), salty snacks (24%), ice cream (10%), brownies, cookies, cakes and muffins (10%), bread and pasta (10%), meat or fish (7%), ethnic foods (Chinese, Thai, Greek) (4%), ice tea (4%). REFERENCE
