    Foods that people crave have more than twice the calorie density of their normal diet and tend to be high in fat, and low in protein and fiber according to a study from researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
