The portion size of craved foods predicts maximum body weight

"The results of this study suggest that portion size of craved foods, but not frequency of experiencing and giving in to cravings, is a significant predictor of lifetime maximum BMI [body mass index]," notes a study from researchers at the Jean Mayer USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
